There is a new Latinx business in town and I finally got the chance to try them today! Bajo Cero San Marcos is a locally-owned paleteria, specializing in traditional Mexican popsicles and ice cream.
Lucky for us, their offerings don’t end with frozen desserts. Their menu is full of tasty Mexican treats!
Today, I had the pleasure of trying their Mini Pancakes! Top them to your liking! I went with strawberry, banana, Nutella and fruity pebbles – I must say, it’s a winning combination 🤩
