As Rock Hill grows, new businesses are popping up everywhere including plenty of new restaurants! 

The newest restaurant in town is Casa Tequila! I’ve been hearing about this place opening up for a while now, although, I had lo idea where in Rock Hill it would be located. Low and behold I drove right past it yesterday on the corner of Ebinport Rd. & India Hook Rd. I decided it was only right I stop in and give this place a try!

I’m a sucker for enchiladas and they had shrimp and scallop enchiladas on their menu so I knew it was a must! The entree did not disappoint – it comes with three seafood enchiladas topped with a delicious poblano cream sauce, served with cilantro rice, black beans and pico de gallo! It was very flavorful- I’d rate it an 8.5/10.

I also tried their Mojarra Frita (whole deep-fried Tilapia) and it was almost as good as mom’s! 8/10

I ordered a Watermelon margarita and when I received it, it was warm! Yikes – I hate when this happens! I brought it to my waiters attention and they brought me a cold one right away! It was delicious and they have one of the biggest selections of Tequila I’ve ever seen! 

Overall, Casa Tequila is a must-try! They have great service, the music was on point, the restaurant aesthetic is pleasing and there is a nice family vibe throughout – make sure you plan a visit soon!
